Pricing for voice over services is dependent upon several factors, for example, the length of the script, the purpose of the recording, if any character voices are required, if any voice sync is required, whether it is for broadcast on TV or radio and whether that broadcast is to be local, regional or national, etc.  Other pricing factors include any extra post production such as sound effects or music.
